There are two large speakers installed in the main hall, two smaller ones at the chair. Audio is mainly distributed via units speakers, external speakers are used for presentations and sound from external sources. The automatic login with chip cards determines voting rights and automated voting counting. A large touchscreen application for microphone and voting control offers easier work for the chairman. Voting results are printed and archived instantly so there is no need for any handwritten documentation. Audio recording is archived accessible via ftp.
