Shure Creates New Western Europe Sales Region and Restructures Leadership

Shure has announced the creation of a new sales region, Western Europe, and established new leadership positions in the region.

These organizational changes will enable Shure to better serve existing vertical markets in Western Europe, the newly created Shure sales region that covers UK/Ireland, Germany, Benelux, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, and Iceland.

The Company’s Western Europe sales leaders are Nik Gledic, Rob Smith, and Tuomo Tolonen.

Nik Gledic is responsible for Retail Sales in Western Europe. Nik has been with Shure since 2004 and has held roles in Marketing and Sales in Shure EMEA and Shure Distribution Germany.

Rob Smith will manage Integrated Systems Sales in Western Europe. He joined Shure in 2018. Previously, he spent 27 years working in AV integration in different roles.

Tuomo Tolonen will oversee Pro Audio Sales in Western Europe. Tuomo joined Shure UK in 2006. During his early years at Shure, he led the Applications Department and became Pro Audio Group Director in 2013.

“I am pleased to appoint these high-performing sales associates to new leadership positions,” said Mark Humrichouser, Vice President of Global Sales at Shure. “I am confident that Nik, Rob, and Tuomo will define a clear vision and direction for their respective areas of responsibility and set priorities that will enable Shure to evolve its global sales strategy and achieve its growth targets. I wish all of them continued success in their new roles.”
